"You too, take care," Noshiga said.
Inari licked Sorincha gently, nuzzling her goodbye and then hopped off the table. She returned to her human form, rounded up Kotaro, Chihiko, Tomoe and Hokuto and went to the hummer.
"Remember, Ankoku," she told Ninetales, "You may have your races but no bottomless pits, sharp spikes, or harmful laser beams."
"Oh, Inari, that takes all the fun out of it," Ankoku teased, smiling. Inari smirked.
"I mean it, friend of my heart," Inari replied, "Think of the children."
"Oh alright," Ankoku amended, "Nothing dangerous. Have fun. Kodomo, Sakuya and I will take good care of the city while you're gone."
Inari smiled.
"Thank you, Ankoku-chan," she said, "You're a good friend."
Issun hopped onto Hana's shoulder.
"So where are we going?" he asked, assuming that he was allowed to come.
Dante started up the hummer while Vergil ushered Kuni and the others inside.
Inmu and Yanku came quickly. They looked at the hummer, not sure if it was actually safe to board but then got in away with their daughters. Hyosuke climbed in and offered his wife his hand.
"Be careful, Miaka," he said kindly, "The step is slippery."

"it would be wise to watched the city with the others, I am not going to allowed you to get involved," said Hana to Issun, "so please, I need time to be alone, ok?"

Issun looked at Hana. He opened his mouth in disbelief but then closed it and hopped off.
"Yeah, fine, sure," he said, although he sounded bitter and a little hurt, "Go head. You...You want your husbands and everyone else around but not me. No, not little, worthless Issun. I just get in the way. Fine then. Go be alone without me... Darn....you...you really have changed furball."
He hopped away, past Ankoku and out the door. He didn't look back.
(I think I've mixed up Inmu and Yanku's father's name with that of Kyoki's son. What was the dad's name again?)

Hana didn't say a word at all when she departed from the scene and she said, "Sometimes, people needed to be alone to recover their ordeal and it is not my fault that I change, but it is different now. I wished you understood that by now because I had mature without a partner, I am sorry Issun."
Hana sighed when she grumbled under her breath as she joined the others as she went inside the hummer. She sat near the window as she grumbled that she wished Issun would just understand it by now. She presumed that Issun was very jealous, but things have changed over time. Issun wasn't around when her son and Kuni went to Otokoyo due to his death. There are some parts that she wished Issun would mature for the better as she sighed.

"He's still young, sister," Inari said gently, "He doesn't know any better so try not to be too hard on him. Besides, I'm a little surprised by your behavior myself. You'd rather leave him here with Ninetales then take him with us? He's so small, what if something happened to him? Why do you keep pushing him away?"

"He may be young to you, but he is still adult by now," telepathy Hana to Inari only, "to remind you again, I raised without a partner. Don't judge him by his appearance, Issun is stronger than everyone expected. He could survive... People needed to be alone, but needed to stand on their own grounds."
Hana sighed as she telepathy, "What if I mistaking him as a flea or a bug and tried to kill him? I am hazardous to him because I will mistaking him as a flea and will try to hurt him, so it is safer for him than being sorry. I am not the same wolf that he knows and loved anymore, but it is different. That's reality for him."

Bao sighed when she walked up to Issun and picked up gently. As she sighed.
"I understand how you feel," said Bao as she sighed, "But I could stand what she meant, but sometimes we needed to be alone. Give it time, Issun my grandson."

"But your 'alone' is only excluding him, Hana," Inari said carefully, "Think about it. Aburatori, your children, Hikora, Kimotori, Kyoki, Inmu, Yanku, their family and finally my family and I are coming with you. The others have decided to stay behind on their own violation. So the only one who wants to come and isn't allowed is Issun. I'm not trying to upset you, sister, but..."
Inari shook her head and leaned back.
"You're right, let's just leave him. I'm sure he'll be fine and if he's not," she shrugged, "Oh well you don't seem to care about him anymore anyway."

Issun looked up at Bao. He was quite for a moment and then...
"She hates me, doesn't she?" he asked, "Something about me repulses her. She doesn't want me around and...she's not my friend anymore."
He looked down, sadden that he had been brought to a future where Amaterasu, Ammy, could really careless about him. After all he did for her. He squeezed his eyes shut, trying not to cry.

Hana feels hostile and angered at Inari as she looked away at her sister in thought, "I wished you didn't say that, Issun wasn't around when I have to go through hell. DON'T THINK I CARE ABOUT HIM ANYMORE, I STILL LIKE A friend and I had reasons to not bring him along."
Hana wished she would pull her hair out in anger as she looked away as she avoided eye contact from Inari. She didn't want to bring Issun along because she isn't risking Issun to end up dead. She wasn't a dog anymore, but she was burning with anger inside causing the temperature to rise. It isn't the past anymore, but it is now. She will make it up for him as her left eye twisted. She ended up leaving the hummer as Inari killed her mood on vacation.
"Way to kill the mood," Hana telepathy to Inari in rage.
