"Seems the children don't want to wait until tomorrow," Ginko and and Adashino groaned and strained, wincing for the pain.
"No kidding!" he bit back, right before a swell of pain ripped through him and he whimpered.

The brunette nodded.Her heart welled with happiness she hadn't felt for some time. Fear that she had in her didn't matter as long as she was with the one she loved. She wouldn't allow this Ami to fall to the same fate as her version in the present time.

Saki sounded enthralled of the prospect fo learning more about Aobozu and this interesting world he inhabited. IT was so similar to the human world, yet, in a way, was totally one in of it's own nature;exisitng beyond the realm of both human and spirit beings and even possibly of dreams.

Ami smiled and cuddled against Taiki, so happy she was almost besides herself. Just to think, after she had come to this dimension and lost everything but her life and her babies, she thought that true happiness was out of her reach forever. True, she had friends here, but things were different here, people were in love with different people compared to how it had been in her world. Zoi-kun wasn't hers, he was Nuregami's and Ami wouldn't even think of getting in their way, and now. She looked up at Taiki and looked at her with soft, love filled eyes.
She wasn't alone.
After a moment she took the other woman's hands and led her into the living room where there was a couch.
"Here, please sit down," she said, politely, "Would you like anything to drink? You're my guest and it's important to be a good hostess."

"Alright, but I need you to be careful," Aobozu said, wrapping his arm around Saki warmly, the creature in the distance continuing to slick inkyly across the landscape. Suddenly, there was a scream and a young figure appeared over the horizon, chased by at least five of the creatures. Aobozu stiffen, his grip on his staff tightening. Quickly, he stepped forward and opened the gate.
"Stay close," he said to Saki, beginning to run across the land towards the small figure and the beasts chasing it.

"it is ok to scream," Justine said calmly as she made sure that the pain does not get the best of Adashino. |

Adashino lay panting, grimacing in pain although when Justine used her powers the pain did lessen a bit. He groaned.

Justine helped deliver the first child as she had her clones to assist her when it was needed. She heard a huge crying as it was healthy.

Adashino pushed to help the first child be born and while it was painful he was relied to here the baby crying.
"It's okay?" he asked, panting.

Hearing all the noise, Kuraihana walked into the room, her heels clicking dominantly on the title. She looked at Adashino giving birth, Ginko squeezing his friends hand and Justine holding a newborn baby. Gently she lifted the child from Justine's arms, her claws holding the babe protectively as she wrapped it in a blanket.
"Need help Justine?" she asked, a light smirk on her face as she cradled the squalling infant.

Kuraihana took the second child from Justine so the doctor could catch the third baby. She held the two children, a girl and a boy, and let them suckle from her breasts while they waited for Adashino to finish giving birth.
Adashino cried out as the third baby was quickly followed by the fourth, leaving two babies inside of him, ready to come out.

Taiki was so happy that Ami had confessed her love to her. She went to go sit with Ami and didn't notice she was blushing herself when Ami offered to get her something. She was brought back out of her daze she had been in for a moment.
'Um, I am a bit parched. I wouldn't mind a bit of water perhaps.' She smiled and she blushed even brighter. 'Other than that, you're all I need Ami.' She heard someone protest at her experessions of love to Ami.
'Who said that?' She asked,taken aback by the complaint.

Saki noded silently in reply, staying close by Aobozu. She walked by his side untill she saw what was going on.
'It's a kid! Those things are chasign that kid! We gotta help them!' With that, she snorted angrily at the fact that the creatures were chasing the poor child and ran into the fog to rescue them. She then remembered that she'd lost her yoyo anymore. Regardless, she'd have to try something. She couldn't let that child die.
'We're commin' kid!'

Ami blushed as well, pleased by Taiki's comments, her hands folded neatly in fornt of her. She was about to dismiss herself to get the water, even though she wanted nothing more then to stay, when she heard the protest. Confused, she looked up, hoping to spot the denier. She was stunned to see that it was...
"Zoi-san?" she asked, looking at the man in the sea blue dragon kimono. The shintennou was standing there, his arms crossed, glaring in Taiki's direction with narrow, serpent eyes.
"Explain yourself," he hissed, angry that someone, an outsider, would try to take advantage of Ami.

Aobozu stayed a step ahead of Saki, keeping her where he could protect her if things turned ugly as they ran. He could see ahead of them that the monsters were gaining on the child, one false move and the boy would be torn to shreds. He cast a quick glance at Saki and knew he didn't have a choice. He couldn't let that lost child be murdered right in front of them.
As he ran he began to change, hair growing longer, body larger, strides longer and faster. Sharp nails and razor teeth in his mouth, but he held on to his staff. He wasn't all the way transformed and he'd need it until he was finished.
He pulled away from Saki with growing steps and dashed, sliding in front of the creatures just as one lunged for the boy. He brought up his staff, deflecting the creature and then began to fight, using the metal ring at the end of his staff to knock the beasts away, bash in their oily heads as they tried to overpower him with their strength and bites.
