Nephrite thought for a moment and nodded. 'I can do it easily enough. I need to know if you will be able to pull it out from me when it appears and itll need a propper finishing of course. Do you think you can do that for me; Little Brother?'
Meanwhile, he took his shirt off and turned so his back faced his youngest sibling and waited for a signal that he could begin working.

Tachiji kissed his wife gently on her lips and hugged her close to himself. He spoke softly to her.
'Thank you, My Love. I won't ever leave your side. Not for anything, unless, of course, you say so dearest. Even then, if I must retreat for some reason, I'll see to it I'm still by your side. I swear my life on it.' He bowed before his Beloved wife and Goddess. 'I'll not see anyone we love die by our enemy.'

Saki couldn't help but laugh a bit. 'They ARE certainly YOUR kids Jade. Not afraid of anything!'
As she smiled to Jade and Aobozu, a bit of the coldness in her heart seemed to dissapate then, not all of it though. There was far more rock any person would need to crack away before they could even begin to see the hidden diamond that was her heart.
'I AM, willing to stay, as I had promised; Aobozu. But, just like you would like me to stay here with you (and It IS qute comfortable here, I'll say that much), I might just need your help a bit closer to the living world. I had explained to you before my occupation, I'm going to need some more help if I can even make it back in time before the fighting breaks out.' She looked to him with some worry. She figured that, knowing Jade, she'd probably join them anyhow. 'Will you help me?'

"Yes," Zoisite said trying hard to keep his voice even as he watched Nephrite shed his shirt, broad shoulders and strong muscles and flat stomach under soft skin taunting the serpent. He knew he shouldn't be thinking naughty thoughts right now, there were more pressing matters to attend to, but with his lover standing shirtless in front of him, Zoisite was having a really hard time of it.
Perhaps that was why he had been so mean to his brother when they were all under Beryl's control; he had loved Nephrite all along but was sure that Nephrite would never feel the same. He became vindictive and catty to deal with the rejection. If only he had known that his brother felt the same.
When Nephrite turned his back Zoisite gently bit his lip and then cleared his throat, readying his powers.
"Alright, I'm ready," he said, his voice giving an embarrassing squeak.

Inari looked down at her lover bowing before her and nodded, silently. Then she took his hands and helped him rise, kissing Tachiji in return and hugging him as well, cuddling with him.
"As will I, my love," she whispered, "As will I. We'll get through this together...Somehow. Come, let us go talk with Idachi."

Aobozu remained quiet for a moment, looking past Saki at the door that led to her world. Over there was a world of life, of light and happiness, so different then his own. He couldn't alter things there, they were as they were, inflexible. If he was to pass over the threshold, he would...
Oh, but to be there with her, to hold her hand and breath in the wind. It would be a dream...
"I...I can try, my lady," he said a bit nervously, bowing his head to Saki politely, "I will help you as much as I can."

Kuraihana meanwhile sat in a soft chair with Katelyn (Bad Girl) and Jeanne (Travis' reborn sister) in her arms. She was looking down lovingly at the baby girls as they suckled from her naked breasts and she decided that she really liked these little girls, liked caring for them.
As a woman, Kuraihana was not child safe. Everything about her screamed power, sex and danger. She shouldn't have been able to so seamlessly blend into being a mother but she did, even if the children weren't from her body.
Of course, it helped that both Katelyn and Jeanne came from past lives that included the same power and danger that Kuraihana represented. They've past lives had also been full of pain.
"Don't worry," Kuraihana whispered to them, "I'll never let anyone hurt you, my darling girls. I love you."

Nephrite smiled slightly and nodded as he began his meditation. This mask seemed to take more time forming than it's brothers had. Nonetheless, it did begin to surface within the hour; though clearly not without issues. Nephrite was in pain now, holding himself as he was shaking and sweating. He felt as if his body was on fire!
'T-take it please brother! It's clawing, raking... burning inside me!'

'Yes, My Love. Let's do so then.' Tachiji sighed a bit as he walked, shaking his head. 'I'm glad that Inmu and Yanku have alerted us due to the first onslaught but, there has to be a way to outwit the enemy if nothing else that to be able to stall them and buy more time for everyone else to ready themselves.'

The fire of Saki's determination and will were restoked and one could see this in her eyes now. She grinned as she thought excitedly of her new friends helping her fight along side the fox twins to defend thier city form whatever was troubling them. She laughed a bit to hereself.
'Just like old times. Everyone ready?'

Zoisite nodded and quickly retrieved the mask solidifying it so Nephrite's suffering wouldn't be useless.
"It is done," he said, looking up worriedly at his brother. Kunzite had stepped forward and wrapped his arms around Nephrite, holding him up.
"Rest easy brother," he soothed, You did well."

Inari took Tachiji's hand and nodded in agreement, walking silently.

Anbozu nodded, lifting his staff in his hand as he stood.
"I just ned to get my children to a safe place," Jade said, "Then I will fight by your side Saki."

Nephrite nodded and looked to be so exhausted from the ritual that he'd more than likely faint. He fell forward a bit into Kunzite's arms. 'For everyone, I'd give my life if I had too. It's.. it's nothing. I only hope that this gift may be able.. to.. to help you untap your power.'
Jadeite decided to speak up, concidering that his two other brothers were extremely concerned about Nephrite's condition. 'We should let him rest. We'll inform him of what were going to do after the meeting. He's in no condition to proceed much further; for the time being that is.'

Saki smiled at the monk youkai, then turned to face Jade. She knew that getting her children home was definetely of high importance. 'Of course we'll wait for you to retun Jade. I wouldn't see to it any other way. Children shouldn't be caught up in things like fights and wars after all. '

Kunzite nodded, pulling Nephrite's arm over his shoulders so he could help his brother to bed. He headed for the door that went into the hallway, not wanting the women in the living room to see how exhausted Nephrite was. It would only worry them needlessly.
Hauling Nephrite out of the room, across the hall and into one of the bedrooms, the eldest brother lowered the man onto the bed, helping him lay down on his side so he wouldn't hurt his back or accidentally suffocate himself. He pulled the covers up, tucking his younger brother in. Then, gently, he placed his hand on Nephrite's shoulder.
"You did very well," he said, "Thank you."
Meanwhile, Zoisite, after watching Nephrite and Kunzite leave, was looking at Kunzite's new mask quizzically. He turned it this way and that, musing over it, and when he couldn't figure it out he looked at Jadiete.
"What do you think it is?" he asked.

"Unfortunately they always are," Jade said in reply, holding her children close, "But I will protect them this time. They will never be harmed again...I shall return shortly, Saki...Be careful."
With that, the door at the end of the hall swung open on Anbozu's command and Jade took herself and her children through the portal. The door swung gently shut behind them, and then it was just Saki and Anbozu.
"So, do you have a plan, my lady?" he asked her, looking at her trustingly.

"Zan, Zan can you come here?" she called, "I need to talk to you about something."

Yaimao took a deep breath when he looked outside to see to everything safe. It was in the barrier as everyone is protected around with both househood. He's saddened that it wasn't strong enough to protect the whole city.

Kotori put her hand on Yaimao's shoulder comfortingly.
"You're doing your best," she said, "Don't cry, my Yaimao. Everything will be alright."

Joji smiled at her lover.
"Zan," she said, "I was thinking that, in order to truly start our new lives together, that I change my name and the memories of Joji, including my own, are erased from everyone's minds. Joji was a horrible person, he doesn't deserve to be remembered, and if he's gone from memory, everyone ill be happier. What do you think?"
