Idachi reached down and let the houndour, his houndour, sniff his fingers. Besides the dark pokemon Hikaru's pokemon appeared.
It was a Skarmory.

Hikaru smiled, petting her Skarmory. " Hello Skarmory. " Hikaru greeted her pokèmon. ' Hello Hikaru. " Skarmory replied, only Hikaru hearing it. Hikaru could understand pokèmon. So she was a freak.

Idachi pet his houndour, scratching the pokemon kindly behind the ears. He watched Hikaru interacting with her pokemon and knew they were talking to each other.

Hikaru watched Idachi pet his Houndour. He was just so cute in her eyes. So perfect. But he would never like her.

"Shall we travel together?" he asked Hikaru, "Or would you rather go your own way?"

Hikaru nodded, walking towards... who knows where. She was in the tall grass, rumaging throught it. A blade of grass smacked her face, leaving a mark. She had a tick mark on her head. Hikaru saw a blade of grass rustle. She grabbed Skarmory's pokèball.

Idachi walked a few paces behind Hikaru, his pole weapon resting against his shoulder. He watched out over Hikaru's head for danger. He saw the grass rustle as well.

Hikaru saw a Venipede hop out of the grass. Her eyes sparkled brightly. " Go Skarmory. " Hikaru then threw the pokèball. Skarmory came out with a loud CAW! " I'm going to catch you! Skarmory! Use scratch! " The battle then started.

The Venipede crawled on the ground with its many legs towards Hikaru's Scarmory, chittering angrily.
