It was a cool, peaceful night as Nanette walked along the stream. The moonlight reflected in the water, sending moonbeams to glisten on the vulpix's reddish coat. She should have been asleep, curled up in her den, but she was restless. There was something she needed to find but she wasn't quite sure what it was.
She sniffed the ground with her dainty nose before padding down to the stream and taking a drink, lapping at the water with her soft, pink tongue.

Night looked to the sky and closed his eye seeing the moon as he took a deep breath.
"Such a beautifal night it reminds me of my home."
Night said to himself as he unstrapped his armor that he worn to symbolize his shame. As soon as he took it off he stretched with a smile and walked into the river water close to where he left his armor and began to swim towards the center. Night made quite bit of noise as he swam but he didn't think anyone was around to notice.

Her ears twitching at the sound of splashing, Nanette raised her head and looked down stream. There was a dark shape moving through the water in the middle of the stream. Quietly, Nanette backed away, hiding herself in a nearby bush. Remaining quiet, she peeked through the leaves, watching the strange figure.

Night smiled as he swam in circles and ecasionally done under the water get his whole body clean little by little. After his tenth swim around Night headed out of the water as droplets fell off Night's fur as soon a he got out of the water he began to shake his body drying himself off. Once he was dried off he began putting his gear back on his body with a sigh.
"Well since I'm here I might as well get a drink."
Night said as he looked around before proceeding up stream.

Nanette watched quietly as the hottest pokemon male she had ever seen came out of the stream across from her. She swallowed, watching the moonlight droplets slide sensually off his silky fur. Then she saw his putting on his armor and sank to the ground, worried that he was dangerous.
If he was a warrior he could harm her.

Night dipped his head down and began to lick at the river water infront of him. He closed his eye as he finish drinking from the river and sighed. Night soon laid down by the river and dangled one of his paws in the water as he hummed a song his mother taught him as a kid.

For a while, Nanette held perfectly still, watching Night silently. However, as she watched him relaxing she began to feel releif. Perhaps he wasn't dangerous. She cleared her throat.
"Excuse me," she said from the bush.

Night looked up a bit shocked that some one was actually around.

Night said as he looked around for where the voice came from.

Carefully, Nanette emerged from the bush, walking closer to Night. She didn't say anything else, she wasn't sure what to say.

Night looked at Nanette and was a bit nervous about Nanette. To only find himself wagging his tail slightly at the company that she was bringing coming over to him.

Night said as looked at Nanette's eyes.
"Is it ok if tell you that your the first pokemon I have talked with since I.. Left home.
Night said as he slowly got up.
