After about ten minutes, Nanette came back, dragging a huge carrot. She plopped it in front of Night and then sat down.

"Wow I never seen a Carrot of this size before."
Night said with his eyes wide as he looked at carrot then at Nanette.
"Do you want the first bite?"

"No, it's alright," Nanette said, smiling, "You eat first. I've had these before and your my permanent guest. Eat up."

Night smiled as he bit down the center and split the carrot. He then nudged the other piece to Nanette as he ate his piece.
"There you go Nanette I made sure it was atleast half."
Night said but he knew Nanette piece was a bit bigger then his.

Nanette smiled softly at him and then picked up her piece of the carrot, carrying it over so they could cuddle while they ate. She knew he had given her the bigger piece but she was pregnant and the babies needed at the food they could get.
"Thank you," she said, licking his cheek before eating her own carrot section.

Nanette finished the carrot and then stood.
"Come, I have something important to show you." she said.

Night stood up and followed.
"Ok then Nanette."
Night said following Nanette as he smiled.

Nanette smiled back and lead Night through the field into another part of the forest. She climbed a hill with a cobblestone path under bright red archways and when she reached the top she stopped to rest.
"Being...pregnant isn't easy," she mentioned, panting softly, "I use to be able to get all the way without breaking a sweat."

Night said as he licked Nanette's neck.

"I'm a-alright," Nanette said,"They're not that heavy...yet. You might need to cary me back down, once we're done though."
She chuckled a bit and then continued on.
"Come on, we're almost there." she said, leading the way.

"I would carry you from coast to coast if you asked me to."
Night said as he looked around as he followed Nanette.

Nanette smiled softly and nuzzled her lover as they walked.
"That's sweet of you to say," she said, "Thank you."

"It the least I can do for you since you are carrying our babies inside you. I can't wait to meet them and Father them."
Night said as he returned the nuzzle and licked at Nanette's cheek.

"I'm sure you'll make a great father," Nanette said, "Just like you are a great lover...Oh, we're here."
At the end of the path was a Japanese styles shrine with stairs leading to the inside. Nanette went up the steps and enter, her paws padding softly against the cool, marble floor. Candles glowed in the dark shrine and incense wafting gently through the air. At the back of the shire was a larger then life statue of a sitting Ninetales, and Nanette sat before it, waiting for Night to follow her.
