For my favorite pairings I like the sibling relationships between InmuxYanku and HikoraxSorincha.
I like the way Inmu and Yanku interact with each other. Silently, they ask each other questions (should we run or fight?) and they always seem to come to an agreement. Without speaking, just looking at each other. They also run and fight together and the one time that they split up, Inmu ran down the hallway, stopped, saw his brother running towards him with Oil taker behind, and yet waited a moment for his brother to see him before running through the open doorway nearby. They are running for their lives and yet they wait for each other. They wait to run together. The fact that they seem to only interact with each other and ignore the other children also shows that they don't need anyone else, just each other, which is rather cute in my opinion.
As for HikoraxSorincha, I know that we don't see any interaction between them (what with Sorincha possessed and everything) but you can see that Hikora really cares about his younger(?) sister. I mean, he goes to an abandoned city, at night, to play a game that he knows is dangerous. Even if there hadn't been any demons, Hikora is putting himself in danger to find his sister and he's not even sure if she's there at all. Talk about sibling love.
I also like the Yaimao/Sorincha pairing in a cute and cuddly way. I mean, Yaimao is exceedingly loyal to Hikora and since Hikora is looking for Sorincha, Yaimao, by extension, is looking for her too and cares whether they find her or not. I can imagine that if things had worked out differently (the kids escaped Kakurenbo) or
if a post movie fanfiction was written, Yaimao would end up protecting Sorincha because of Hikora and then the two (Yaimao and Sorincha) would end up liking each other.
