Yanku kissed Sake's forehead and Bara began gathering up the children for transport.
"Pack what we need but no more," Hyosuke said, "We should leave as soon as possible."

After Kojijo had calmed down from his transformation, Kotaro helped the boy lay down and sat with him, stroking his son's hair until Kojijo fell into a peaceful slumber. The boy's chest rose and fell softly, gently curled up under the covers while Kotaro watched over him.
The young man smiled down softly at the boy, feeling a sense of pride in his son. Even though Kojijo wasn't his by blood, he still felt protective, proud and love towards the boy, as he did for all his children.
He wondered if that was how Tachiji felt about him.
Looking up towards the window, Kotaro was quiet, his black kitsune ears flicked forward and his three black tails lifted as he mentally checked the cities' defenses, his white scales hidden beneath his skin. The thorn earth barrier was holding and keeping most of the coming army out although other, strange oily beings were slicking around the city, the same ones that had attacked Sexual Offender man.
'Kaminari, Otosan' Kotaro sent out mentally, wanting to know from his little sister and Tachiji if things were alright in their parts of the city, 'Are you there?'

Taiki smiled and nodded to Ami. 'Yes she's just fine. A healthy baby girl.'
She looked to Zoisite while seeming worried. 'Does it seem that Ami is going to be able to have a break in between or are her contractions still going for the next baby?'

Saki nodded, understanding how close of a situation they had just come away from. She reached to hold one of each of their hands to reassure the both of them. She then realized something odd about the child. While her and Aobozu had warm flesh, the boys body was cold. It was as if he was made of metal underneath his skin.
'Aobozu; you're feeling badly about getting me into that mess? Don't be. I wanted to go help the boy, so it was my fault if anyone's. Also, you don't scare me and neither do you.' She looked to he boy and nodded smiling at him kindly. 'You're both brave out there. so I got injured. We all could have ended up off a lot worse for it. We were just lucky we didn't.'
She now dressed the boy, having seen him fidgeting uneasily before.
'Would it help you feel better if you told us about it?'

'Wait! Mako-kun!' How was he to explain this situation to her. He was sure one million ideas were rushing through her mind just now and Wolf going to try and eat him was more than likely one of them.
"Makoto, please! Let me explain! These two.. they are like us. They are two parts of a whole.' He stopped and thought aloud. 'I thought I was the only blue wolf left in existence.' He wondered if Lamb would be able to explain things better to Makoto than he could at the moment; still dumbfounded from finding out the truth.

"Oh," Ami said softly, happily tearful as she looked at her squalling infant in Taiki's hands, "She's so beautiful. I-Oh, nnnggh!"
She squeezed Zoisite's hand and he squeezed back, coaching her to bear down as another contraction squeezed her body and left her panting.
"I think that the first one has blazed the trail, so to speak," Zoisite said, "Looks like the other two are ready to come out."

Aobozu gently squeezed Saki's hand, wanting to keep in physical contact with her. She was right of course, there haven't really been anyway around it, bu he was still concerned for her. Hopefully, once she made the trip back to her world she could get better care.
The boy smiled softly at Saki when she held his hand but then he saw her realization and he pulled his hand away, turning away.
"I um, n-not really," he said, wanting to hid.

At Nephrite's yell, things happened very fast. Wolf turned and snapped in Makoto's direction, his jaws luckily just closing on air as Makoto swiftly dropped to the floor in a crouch.
Her eyes flashing emerald green, her lightening ball was already forming in her hand when Lamb suddenly appeared in front of her, landing on her and knocking her onto her back.
They looked at each other, Makoto glaring and Lamb eerily silent, and slowly, the lightening ball shrunk and fizzled out.
"Nephrite, are you alright?" Makoto called, not taking her eyes off Lamb.

Jadeite first cleaned the sweat from Ami's face gently with one of the towels, then walked over to Taiki's side. 'Need a hand with that? I'll hold the children for you and Ami if you wish.'
'Right,' Taiki nodded. Jadeite stood next to her with the first child in his arms as Taiki went back to her task of helping safely deliver Ami's other two children.

Saki felt sad for the boy as she seemed to have upset him. 'I didn't mean to upset you, Little One. What do they call you where you are from? Don'y be ashamed. You helped us and were very brave today.'

Nephrite was beside himself in confusion of what to do. On one hand, he had just made friends with some very powerful beings and also found out that he,while maybe the only blue wolf, was clearly not the only wolf like himself n the world. On the other hand, his wife was not particuariliy happy about having found his friends, though that may have simply been because Wolf had looked about to eat his face off. He'd have to try and reason with thee two ladies in the room.
'Yes Mako-kun, I'm fine. IT's alright. Wolf wasn't going to hurt me, though I was surprised by their break and enter method. I mean there must be certainly other ways to go about entering place for you you two.' He looked to the Lamb-girl wit the wolf mask upon Makoto. 'Lamb, this is my other half whom I was telling you both about. We have a little one running around somewhere as well. He has a bit of the both of us, but I still think he's more like Maokto than I?' He grinned sheepishly and laughed a bit. He was still somewhat embarrassed with himself and his lack of composure at the moment.

Ami watched as Taiki handed her daughter safely to Jadiete and she breathed easily, looking back as Taiki prepared to help her catch the next child. Part of her was glad that the birth was continuing quickly because it would be over soon, but the other part did want a bit of the break Taiki had mentioned.
Feeling another contraction coming, Ami moaned and cried out, squeezing Zoisite's hand as she pushed, feeling the second child passing through her birth canal. She was left panting, waiting for the next contraction to come so she could push again.

"A...Astro," the boy said nervously, looking down at his twisting fingers, "It's what my grandpa calls me.I like it but I know it's weird. People...tend to laugh. That's why I ran away. I'm to...to different."
Aobozu remained quiet, looking at the boy sadly before looking at Saki, wondering what they should do. Normally, he would have just scared the boy home. Once he got them good and scared but unharmed,they ran back to their world and stayed with their families, but sometimes...sometimes the children had a good reason to run away.

Makoto relaxed a bit at Nephrite's words and Lamb smoothly and swiftly stood, backing out of Makoto's way as the sailor senshi stood. The two women looked at each other, calculating as they sized each other up, and then Makoto shifted and went to Nephrite's side.
She only took her eyes off Lamb when she turned to tend to her lover. Makoto took Nephrite's hand and she noticed the dampness in his eyes and hugged him, worried and sad that he had been crying.
"Oh, Nephrite," she said, giving him a soft kiss, "Are you sure you're not hurt? I saw that wolf and...why have you been crying? Who hurt you, my warrior, my king?"
Lamb stroked Wolf tenderly behind his ear and the beast swirled around Lamb, as if he was a protect force and she was the eye of the storm.
"Your son," Lamb said softly, curiously, "What is his name?"

The second child was seeming to want to be born quicker than it's siblings as it hurried like a fish in a stream to it's destination point.It moved along with the contractions rather freely, effortlessly even. Taiki finally saw the body being to come out; but she was not expecting what would happened next as she began to sweat a bit and rubbed her neck as she tried to get Zoisite's attention.
'U-um,... Zoisite-Sama.... th.. the feet came first...sir..'

Saki sighed and hugged the child. 'I think it's a cute name. You're a living being Astro and it doesn't matter if you are a human, robot, youkai or any number of things in the world; no one should feel alone. You ran away because humans hurt your feelings then huh? It's ok, Aobozu and I don't judge others like that.' She let go of Astro and smiled gently at him and Aobozu both before she went to sit down. She noticed her leg still hurt a bit, but she figure it should heal up fine in a little time.

Nephrite whispered as he saw Makoto come over to him and stole a kiss. 'No darling, I'm fine. It was a nightmare I had,' He lied, trying to find a way not to worry Makoto too badly. 'About the old days but I think I might have misjudged who is more who like whom here.' He said as he looked to the pair before them and back to themselves once more as he began to feel less substantial and it showed in his expression. He was quickly brought out of his thoughts when Lamb had piped up from amongst the tumultous cloud that was Wolf.
'Our boy? His name is Kieseki. Why do you ask? I thought you had said you knew everyone who lives.'

Zoisite looked up from Ami's face, concerned but trying hard to hide it. He didn't want to let Ami know something was wrong, it would just upset her. He wet his lips and said as calmly as he could, looking right into Taiki's eyes.
"Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty," he said, trying to convey to her that she'd need to reach up and gently ease the baby out, "Just becareful."
Ami panted, picking up that something was wrong; the baby felt different then her first daughter, but she didn't want to say anything, Zoisite and Taiki looked stressed enough. She grit her teeth and closed her eyes tightly.
"Just do what you need to do, Taiki," she said strongly, panting and trying to be brave.

Astro hugged Saki back and then he followed her quietly while she went to sit down. He thought over what she said and he knew she was right in his heart, it was just hard. He had been...pushed away so many times because he was considered strange, it was hard to see things so differently, but, he'd figure he'd give it a try.
"Can I help you?" he asked Saki, looking at her as she sat down in a plush, elegant chair.
Meanwhile, Aobozu stayed where he was, pushing his hand through his dark blue, black hair, sadly frustrated. Things had not turned out the way he had expected. He had wanted to sweep Saki off her feet, show her how precious she was to him, how lucky he felt. Not to drag her into battle and get her injured.
What's done was done but, that didn't mean he liked it.
He had to do something about it but that meant...
He didn't want to, was downright sickened by the idea, but Saki's happiness and health was worth more then anything he possessed; even his own life.
"Perhaps you and the boy should go, sweet Saki," he said firmly, trying not to let his emotions show, "You'd get better care there then here. I don't want you to become ill from an infected wound."

Makoto's eyes narrowed, not really believing him but not wanting to stress her love by interrogating him. So instead, she stroked his cheek and nodded, remaining silent. She held his hand, sitting with him and nuzzling him gently so he wouldn't feel so alone.
Lamb nodded elegantly.
"We do," she said, "Kindred always knows but, we find it is easier to ask because it calms people. It is hard to..."
"Make friends," Wolf added with a rumble, resting his chin on Lamb's shoulder gently, "The men always run away, the woman scream, the children cry. That is how Lamb and I were made. Little Lamb, tell them the story?"
"Alright," Lamb said softly, petting Wolves' muzzle, "Perhaps it will help them understand, if they would like to hear it?"
She looked at them with her blue, soulless, soulful eyes, so deep and yet so swallow and Wolf yawned, his maw blue and bottomless.

'Right, don't worry Ami, the child's going to be just fine but I'm going to help it a bit. This one seems to have been very athletic in there.' The long haired brunette talked to her, try to help calm them both, while she reached up carefully to help the baby find it's way out. She could hardly contain her excitement though as the baby did come out faster than it's sister, she didn't have to guess at the gender this time.
'It's a boy darling! A beautiful baby boy.'
Jadeite was handed the second child and went to show Ami as Taiki waited and wondered. She hoped for Ami's sake that the last child may give her a bit of a reprieve before it wanted to enter the world.

Saki picked up Astro and sat him in her lap. Secretly, she wondered what it would be like to have a child, though she feared she would become like her mother as well. She looked quickly to Aobozu after he spoke his concerns for them. She flipped her pale ponytail over her shoulder with a flick of her head. She'd long before decided what she was going to do.
' Aobozu,' She spoke to him in a more serious tone now, but it still had a bit of her spirtied personality in it. 'I know we must get Astro back to the waking world, but know this. My mind is made up; Im not going anywhere without you being happy as well. I promised I'd stay by your side, didn't I?'

'I think this is a good idea. It would be good to get to know each other a bit. Oddly, I had thought that Wolf was similar to I but then.. perhaps I was wrong. Perhaps, although we are both protective for one another, I'm the... 'lesser' of the two.. if there is such a thing.' Nephrite felt his pride was knocked down a peg or two more now, First his youngest brother growing to be the strongest of the four of them. Now, perhaps Makoto was even stronger than him as well. He didn't want to become jealousy or envious, but it definitely seemed to be well ing up in him and it caused him great worry. He broke off his thoughts though as he felt eyes eventually upon him.
'Yes, g-go ahead please Kindred.'

Ami felt Taiki help the other child out of her and despite it all she blushed, suddenly realizing in all the commotion that she was naked from the waist down in front of Taiki.
As the second baby was freed from her body and Jadiete showed the child to her, Ami lay panting but happy as she touched the boy's tiny fist, tears of happiness in her eyes that he was alright.
"Thank goodness," she said in relief, feeling her contracts ease a bit, "Thank you Taiki. I think...I think the third child will take a bit longer to be born. My contracts feel a bit softer now."

"Yes, yes you did," Aobozu said, coming to sit besides Saki in another chair as Astro curled up happily with the woman. Aobozu folded his hands, trying to think of how to proceed, and he noticed that Astro seemed fine at the moment. It was important that they returned him as soon as possible but...it was getting late and the were safe inside. Things should be alright for the time begin.
"Very well," he said softly, standing, "Let's have dinner, it's the least I can do. What would suit your palate tonight, Miss Saki?"

At Nephrite's words, Wolf once more peeled away from Lamb and sniffed the man thoroughly. Then he licked his face with his large tongue.
"Nope, you're like me," he rumbled, "Just like me, and what is more powerful then death?"
His tail wagged and Makoto looked at Nephrite, worried that her protective nature was making Nephrite feel bad about himself. She hadn't meant to hurt him. She heard Kiseke crying in the other room and excused herself to tend to their baby.

Taiki nodded and sighed with relief. She wiped the sweet from her forehead as she'd seemed rather stressed while trying to make sure their child came into the world safely. She excused herself then for a moment to go wash up in the bathroom. For the time being, things would subside back into a somewhat normal tempo; she was thankful for that.
Upon returning from the washroom, she went to go stand next to Ami and see the children more closely as everything had ben rather fast in between the births and she'd not had a proper chance to greet the young ones herself. She looked to Ami and smiled proudly at her.
'You've done very well darling. Have you decided on what to name the little angels yet?'

Saki thought for a moment. It certainly had been a while since she'd eaten anything. For some reason, she had remmeberd something about having eaten only an After Eight bar before she had somehow wound up in this world. How long ago had it been? She shook her head, pushing the thought from her mind for the moment.
'What are you best at making Aobozu? I'll go with whatever you're comfortable making honestly.'
She smiled and sighed. She knew they'd have to get the little robot home the next day. But where was his home, where did he live? He did say something about having lived with a grandfather, perhaps this person had taken custody from the mother and father. But what had the parents done if so to warrant such drastic behaviour? She had to wonder how anyone couldn't love such a kind-hearted child, even if he was a robot.

Nephrite heard their child cry loudly and saw Makoto go to take care of the situation. He sighed and shook his head.
‘I didn’t mean to upset her; but I did. I wonder if I should call them back in, or if that would only make things worse?’
He looked with concern in his eyes to Kindred.
‘What do you two think?'

Ami held her children and smiled softly at Taiki when the woman came to sit besides her. Having her here just made Ami feel so relaxed and happy although she could still feel her womb slowly contracting, wanting to finish giving birth. It seemed to relaxing though, at least a little it. If she calculated it correctly, they had about half and hour before her water broke.
"I'm not sure," she answered, "i was hoping you'd hep me think of names, Taiki-kun. After all, you'll be helping me raise them, won't you?"
She looked at her with soft, pleading, hopeful eyes because she prayed that Taiki said yes. She loved her so much and wanted to share her love and life with her warrior.

"I can alter the reality here," Aobozu said kindly, "So anything you desire is yours, Saki. You only need to ask for it. I shall teach you how to do it yourself at a later time, but right now I just want to cater to you. You've been through quite a good deal today."
Astro cuddled up with Saki, feeling kind of tired, and when Aobozu saw the worried look on Saki's face he said, "You don't need to worry aout Astro, Saki. I can open a path directly to his grandfather. Where ever the man is, I shall find him."

"We think that you should trust Makoto and not feel unmanly for letting her help you," Lamb said, Wolf nodding, "You are already more powerful then she and while you wish to protect her, trying to shove her behind you will just hurt her heart."

Taiki had already been won over by the beautiful childern she had helped bring into the world. There was no two ways about it; they were now a family. She was almost at tears she was so happy.
'Of course I will! Wee are a family now after all. Family needs to stay together. And I'd be more than happy to help with the names my darling one. They may not resemble me but in our hearts and souls, we are all of the same make. So, yes Ami; I will live with you forever.'
Her heart wavered a bit at the though of family. "I only wish my sisters were here to see this.'

'Hmm.. Something salty perhaps. I'm quite in the mood for a salty dish of sorts. Perhaps fish or even snow crab with butter.' Saki thought aloud, beginning to feel hungry at the though of food. How long had it been since she'd eaten last? She nodded and sighed when she saw Astro curling up in her lap. She looked Aobozu curiously.
'Aobozu, have you ever thought about having a child of your own?'

Nephrite nodded in agreement with the two. '
i never want to hurt her. I love her and our boy dearly.' He got to his feet and went to go and check on his wife. He turned for a moment to look back. 'Stay here you two. There is also someone else I'd like you to meet.' He smiled at them and continued on his way.

Ami smiled in relief when Taiki said yes and she felt so happy her heart would burst. She would have thrown her arms around the other woman but with her arms filled with babies she'd figured that wasn't such a good idea. Instead he pressed as close to Taiki as she could, sharing her warmth with her. Then she heard Taiki's comments about her sisters and felt the need to comfort her love.
"It's alright, Taiki-kun," she said, "I'm sure they would be here if they could. We'll just have to tell them all about it later."

"snow crab with butter coming up," Aobozu said and with a flourish a plate filled with fresh, already shelled crabwith butter appeared on the table before Saki. A bowl of rice, a bowl of vegetables and a cup of tea also appeared, just to make the meal more even and flavorful. Aobozu looked over the food and decided it was good, and then he heard Saki's comment.
"...All the time," he whispered, looking down at Astro, "I always wanted to have a family, one that I can keep safe, but no one by me has been able to survive here. No one until you."
He smiled softly at her.

"We know you do," Lamb said softly, her smile hidden behind her mask. She and Wolf watched Nephrite go, nodding to his request. They sat down on the bed to wait for him,Wolf curling up around Lamb as she checked her bow.

'I suppose so.' Taiki felt Ami's warmth of her body and saw the two little ones in her arms and she slowly began to fell better. 'Anyhow, why don't you start with the naming? It's the one thing I've never been very good with to be honest.' She smiled, blushing in embarrassment at herself.

Saki thought for a moment while she munched on the various foods set before her and Aobozu on the dark, cherrywood table. 'Well, no one says I have to live in the other world. Visiting perhaps, but I'm rather content being here. It has just as much or more action and besides, other than my mother, a few other youkai, and my current partner Kaolinite I was teamed with on my mission as a bodyguard; I don't know many friendly faces there.'
She remembered then that he hadn't exactly finished what he'd been speaking about before the creatures had attacked them. ' Now, what were you going to say before those thing came after us all?'

Meanwhile, Nephrite ran to go find out where Makoto and Keiseki were. 'Makoto? Mako-kun?' He shook his head at his stupidity. He cursed himself for making her feel bad and continued searching the building for the two of them.
