Theil dropped down besides Century, looking up at her and hopping about gently.

Century tilted her head to look at the tiny bird. Her eyes glinted in a kind way. She reached down with one wing.
"Nice name, is it foreign?" Asked Celeste as she walked alongside Ruwen

Theil hopped closer and stretched out his own wing, his feather tips brushing gently against Century's.
Ruwen nodded.
"Thank you, I like your name as well," she said with a smile, "It's pretty."

Celeste grinned, then stopped. There was a silvery glow approaching them. "What's that?"
Century nodded her head twice then took flight gently.
(They do not get their ability to talk after the cave part)

Theil flew after his new friend, chirping worriedly when he saw the white light.
"I'm not sure," Ruwen said nervously, "Maybe we should get out of here...now."

"No, we should find out what it is." She sprinted toward the light.
The peregrine falcon stopped, and waited for a second. Then she sped after her owner

Theil flew after them, chirping at a high, frightened pitch and Ruwen ran after the small group.
"If we get fried I'm blaming you, Cele!" she screamed.

Celeste grinned, but she kept on running. She stopped in front of the light

Ruwen stopped too just before she crashed into Celeste. Theil wasn't so lucky. He couldn't stop in time so he flew directly into Century, chirping.

Century dove under Thiel, catching him on her soft feathers.
Celeste reached out to touch the light. It seems to pull her toward it, until she was completely enveloped by the silvery light

Ruwen's mouth was a hard line as she stayed back and Theil chirped softly in thanks, trying to catch his breath as he rested on Century's back.

Celeste stepped back into reality. "Ruwen, You have to go in there! Then you can talk to Thiel!!!" She grinned. Century landed on her arm

Seeing the Celeste wasn't hurt, Ruwen relaxed and cautiously moved towards the light. After all, the worst that could happen was that Celeste laughed at her for falling for the joke. She held her breathed and stepped forward into the light, vanishing.
Theil chirped in alarm.

Celeste ran a gentle finger down his golden-feathered back, hoping to calm him. "She will not be hurt, thiel."

Theil chirped nervously but relaxed a bit when he felt Celeste stroke him. He perched on her shoulder and waited for Ruwen to come back.
