Theil chirped and flew down to Triesha, watching her play with the flame. Ruwen smiled hesitatingly back.
"So, w-what are you doing here?" she asked, "people don't usually hang out in front of caves."

" Me and Richie are exploring~! " Kumiko smiled. Triesha made the fire take the form of a small fire pheonix, entertaining her with tricks.

Theil gave a chirped in amazement, looking at the firebird.

Kumiko then used her fire magic to make a giant pheonix. She smirked at Triesha. Triesha rolled her eyes, focusing on the smaller fire pheonix.

Theil saw the huge firebird and chirped fearfully, flying to Ruwwen and hiding beneath her hair. He shivered against his human's neck.

Kumiko giggled, then making tiny birdlets, hopping to their mother. " Fire is so beautiful when it's not being destructive. " She stared at the fire family, smiling gently.

Ruwen pat Kumiko on the shoulder, trying to comfort her. Theil hopped out on to Ruwen's shoulder.
